With this system you will be able to more easily meditate and release… A clear sacred space is created for you during class to experience deep states of self-healing, relaxation, and revitalization. No experience is needed.
If you have trouble quieting the mind or focusing during meditation, then this class is for you!

The meditation begins at 7:30pm, please come a few minutes early to get settled and comfortable.
You will be sitting on chairs for all meditations, if you prefer to sit on the floor, please bring your own meditation pillow or mat. Please bring a sweater/blanket/socks if you tend to get chilled. You may wish to bring a pen and notebook, and water.
