***Gina Marie Mattei, Revelation Creative Founder & CEO -

Gina Marie opened Revelation Creative as a full-service strategic consulting firm specializing in digital and print omni-channel marketing, design, packaging, and project management.
She serves on the Hunterdon County Board of BW NICE – an organization that believes in empowering women in business through networking, education, and charity. She is also an active member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO), the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and the Association of Women Inventors and Entrepreneurs (AOWIE).

***Laura Sitler, ELS, Freelance Medical Editor, LS Editorial Solutions, LLC -

Laura is an accomplished freelance medical editor who has been developing continuing medical education (CME) activities, journal articles, Web sites, and promotional materials for over 15 years. Before becoming a freelancer, she was the Editorial Director for a medical communications company in New Jersey where she managed both an internal team and freelance medical writers in the creation of CME materials, exposing her to a broad range of clinical topics, as well as giving her insight into what clients value in a freelance professional.

Today, Laura partners with agencies and medical communication companies to provide clinicians and consumers with the most up-to-date medical information possible. A member of the AMWA-DVC chapter, Laura also recently received her Board of Editors in Life Sciences certification.

*Laura will be speaking on transitioning from an in-house position to full-time freelance and the lessons she learned along the way

***Brittany Jacobs, Software Engineering Manager, Vydia; Co-Founder, Jersey Shore Women in Tech -

Brittany Jacobs has over 10 years experience as a Software Developer. She has developed software ranging from Point of Sale systems to military messaging software for the Department of Defense. She is currently a Software Engineering Manager at the Inc. 500 Video Technology company, Vydia, where she works on their web application as their first female developer. Brittany was named one of 2018’s Innovators to Watch by the New Jersey Tech Council for both her work at Vydia as well as her contributions to the community as Co-Founder of Jersey Shore Women in Tech. Over the past several years, Brittany has both moonlighted as a freelance developer and had her own side business as a Holistic Health Coach.

*Brittany will speak on getting started with a side gig - where to look, how to charge, and the differences between being an Independent Contractor and having an LLC.

***Nina Chmura - Partner at WithumSmith+Brown -

Nina is Partner of Withum and leads the Outsourced Accounting Services ‘WithumWorkflow’ team. In 2018, Nina was named by the NJBIZ as one of New Jersey’s Best 50 Women in Business. Presenting and speaking at conferences such as the AICPA E.D.G.E, NJCPA Annual Conference and the AICPA Controllers Conference, she is very much involved in being an industry thought leader and proponent of the internal developmental initiatives at Withum.
