Announcing: The Joomla Bay Area Network Directory

James F.
Santa Rosa, CA
Dear members of the Bay Area Joomla! User Group on Meetup,

Years ago, we set out to create a directory for members of the JUG (Joomla User Group) Bay Area. The project has taken many unexpected turns, so we are happy to say that the Network Directory is finally launched!

The primary reason for the Network Directory is to connect individuals and/or companies together on web projects and share information about Joomla and the Web Business as a whole. In addition, the Joomlaverse has been expanding and Teams of experienced people are needed immediately.

By subscribing to the Directory the benefits are many:

  • Broadcast what you do, your company, skills and more
  • Receive inquiries from others for work or networking
  • Find other developers with specific skills
  • Find people in a specific geographic area
  • Find people using Joomla in a specific industry (e.g. other non profits)

So if you want to be actively engaged in the JUG we highly recommend that you visit and subscribe to the Network Directory.

More details can be found at the Network Directory Info & FAQ’s page. All money that is collected from the Directory or Meetups is put back into the Joomla Bay Area Users Group to pay for meeting spaces, offer workshops, pay for hosting and other needs to keep the JUG alive and well.

If you have additional questions, then just drop us a line at.
