Maps in Joomla: Google and Open Street Map - DFW Joomla User Group
Topic: Maps in Joomla: Google and Open Street Map Many web sites use maps to show locations of retail locations, event venues and a variety of other things. Sites with high traffic can find themselves needing a for-fee Google API key in order to use Google Maps-based displays. Rhonda Hutchison will talk about the various plugins and embedding options for Google Maps, and Bruce Moore will talk about the options for using Open Street Maps. Time after the presentations will be spent on Q/A and group troubleshooting of site problems. LOCATION: Improving ( agreed to host our meeting and provide refreshments!
