Tashlich and River Place Hike

Sunday, September 8 at 10:00 AM

After a short, informal Tashlich service on the shore, we will enjoy a walk on the nature trail. The trail meanders through a wooded preserve area, a very peaceful walking environment with benches for resting and enjoying the view. After the hike, brunch at Waterloo Ice House (6203 Capital of Texas Highway - 78731 - on the northeast corner of 2222 and 360).

    Dog friendly hike or not?

    September 7, 2013

I think more human-focused, because of the service. I haven't researched Waterloo Ice House to know whether it is dog-friendly. Thought we may prefer to dine indoors in the AC. In short, I don't expect we'll bring ours, but it's up to you.

I vaguely remember that Waterloo is NOT dog-friendly, but I'm thinking it's easier to dine inside there anyway.
