Saturday night, 9 pm until midnight. Bring your drums, your voice, your glowsticks, and the names of ancestors to honor. There will be a cauldron for the ancestors and a formal ritual. Moshe Adler (Rainbow Spider) will be leading drumming along with other members of local groups. You may offload your cars on East Basin Drive before parking on Ohio Drive.
If you wish to learn chants beforehand, join the choir, A Company of Strangers, in rehearsal at the Open Hearth Foundation on Tuesday night at 1502 Massachusetts Ave, SE, Washington, DC (upstairs) October 23.
