No matter what landed you here or how you are feeling. Joining the JusZen Meditation-Prayer- Connect group twill be a great step to cultivating peace, happiness and connecting more with God.
Peace and positivity are mindsets that require intention.
In this group we will do meditation, prayer, fasting (at times) as we explore ways to connect with our inner selves, release tension, create better habits, boost our routine and experience peace of mind. The majority of the events are virtual, details will be provided to attendees. Virtual meet and greets will be held monthly to allow all members an opportunity to connect.
Instructor: Lanay leads several self-improvement and personal development workshops throughout the year and is very excited to lead this highly anticipated JusZen meditation group.
JusZen was founded by Lanay to help individuals learn how to relax and experience peace while dealing with life's challenges.
