What we're about

The purpose of this group is to gather for online offerings of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion 8 week programs.

Anyone who is looking for evidenced-based ways to meet life's challenges with more spaciousness, ease and kindness should consider joining.

The online programs are wonderful to cultivate self-compassion and present moment awareness within in the support of a group, led by trained teachers.
