In this class you can come back to the beginning to learn and understand the core elements of meditation. If you're new to meditation this is a great opportunity to better understand the most important, often missed and rarely taught fundamentals of this very powerful practice. Sitting posture, breath and your relationship to mind, body and space will be explored within this fun and supportive class. If you're an advanced sitter, this will be a great opportunity to deepen and evolve your practice.

Scott is well known and recognized as an impactful teacher within this realm that “some say” has helped to evolve the intensity and accessibility of meditation by stripping all the noise out of something that’s meant to be basic, simple, powerful and you all at once. He's taught for many years and practiced under the lineage Kobun Chino Otogawa whom was one of the first monks to bring buddhism to the west. Kobun was a unique and profound teacher who mentored people like Steve Jobs.
