We always watch the weather and dam release schedules. Sometimes we have to cancel or reschedule trips last minute. Be sure to check your email the night before and the morning of this paddle for last minute changes.

This is a guided trip. PFD's must be worn at all times on the water. No exceptions.

Morgan Falls to Paces Mill.

I can't think of any place I would rather celebrate this day than under the sky and trees. This is not a race but a celebration of life so we will be "smelling the flowers" along the way.

If you have your own boat, the cost of the trip is $35.00 If you need a rental boat the total cost of the trip and the equipment is $70.00. If you need a rental boat, just change to amount of payment from $35.00to $70.00 when you register.

I hope to see you there.

For those who have not paddled this stretch before, it is about 4+ miles of flat water, followed by about 2 more miles of shoals, class I, and class I+ rapids,,, some folks even call them class II's. I consider this a great trip for beginners, and yes, it includes the part of the river known as the Metro Hooch where the white water boaters like to play when they can't make it to the big water! Bring lunch and something to drink. This is an all day trip! Any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact me.

We will meet at 8:30 to organize our shuttle and should be on the water at approximately 9:30. Moving at a slow pace and stopping for lunch will probably get us off the water around 3 or so but remember, we will be on RIVER TIME!
