Bring your yoga mat to this "hands on" start to the Keep Moving Mama Fall season.
We will begin with 30 minutes of yoga for all levels. Followed by a discussion of the unique Keep Moving Mama program. Combining Fitness, Charity and Socials into one place for mom.
