Calling all mothers, daughters, sisters and grandmothers!
This is the team for you. Each walking workout will focus on increasing stamina, endurance and overall good health. You will set and reach individual goals through consistent workouts.
Regardless if this will be your first event or one of many, the support, inspiration, challenge and excitement is sure to keep you moving. You will build lasting friendships while improving fitness and having the time of your life. Start where you are, not where you want to be.
This team will prepare you to complete your choice of distances:
5K (3.1 miles), 10K (6.2 miles) or Half marathon (13.1 miles)
Nutrition Fuels Fitness March 25 OR Running of the Elk April 1
*Due to the short training season, those training for the half marathon distance must be confident with 4 miles (or 1 hour) before we begin Jan 7th.
Team workouts are Saturday mornings at 7am starting your weekend on a positive note. During the week you'll follow the training program on your own or by meeting with fellow team members for informal workouts. All levels are welcome and train side by side. This is an amazing group of women and we can't wait to meet you! .

Registration Fees:
Local team fee : $135 (payment plan available)
National annual membership fee : $65.00
Annual membership fee includes a custom designed team athletic top ($60 retail value) and members-only access to your Local Team's Private Website that includes your team schedule, weekly workouts, team discussions, blogs, emails & e-newsletters. The annual membership is discounted by $20 after your first year without the athletic top.
