OpenWRT is a tiny Linux distribution that is highly modular and widely
cross-platform. Originally intended for routers with limited resources,
it still works on those devices but also scales up to more full featured
platforms like the Raspberry Pi family and even x86 computers. You can
choose to build your own distribution or use the pre-built packages to
provide everything from basic routing to VPN's to IP phone systems using
Asterisk or create a media server using an attached hard drive.

The presentation will include a live demonstration of flashing a router
and showing the improved functionality and user interface.
