-Various Chakra Symbols and their meaning.
-Chakra Balancing with Musical Notes
-Chakra Balancing with Vowel Sounds
-Balancing of Yin and Yang
-Detailed information about Aura (It's color)
-Feel and see your own Etheric Layer of Aura (For beginners) and its improvement technique, facts about your Aura
-Detailed information about Nadi and Nadi Suddhi Pranayam

A lot of Hands-on Experience,
You may come in a Yoga outfit and also bring your yoga Mat and water bottle.

As you will need to take off your shoes, please bring slippers or socks.
