We’re a group of people that enjoy discussing philosophy. The club strives for a mix of rigor and casual conversation. We do this by reading books in as detailed a way as possible. For example, we spent over a year reading The Phenomenology of Spirit.
Past authors we've read include Antonio Gramsci, Giorgio Agamben, Quentin Meillassoux, Herbert Marcuse, and Slavoj Zizek. We are about to begin reading Wittgenstein's Philosophical Investigations, spread over six meetings or so.
