Want to get fit and meet people too? Come join us for FREE high-intensity interval workout sessions by the Han River every weekend! Our instructor is a professional and certified CrossFit coach and personal trainer who has offered to share his time with us so everyone can have access to basic fitness knowledge and a healthy lifestyle.
Sessions will be held in the open so anyone passing by can spontaneously join as well. There is no equipment, registration, membership, or fees required; all you need to do is come in your sneakers and a positive attitude! Our workouts will be super motivational since none of us will be doing it alone, and afterwards is the perfect chance for you to meet like-minded people, and hang out with each other. Don't be fooled, though; the sessions are short and fun, but they will still leave your muscles extreeeeeemely sore the next day :D All exercises are simple and easy to follow, so with a bit more effort back at home you can get fit and toned in no time!
