This meetup is for people who wish to attain or maintain a balanced lifestyle that celebrates life by enjoying the pleasures of eating and staying active in a way that makes our souls smile.

Let's have a happy spirit and a healthy body!

It goes without saying but just to be sure: members of this meetup should show respect towards each member through their actions and words regardless of gender, race, religion, etc. A language that is negative and puts even ourselves down is not helpful in any way, so if you are struggling with that we can find fun ways of encouraging eachother to improve our inner language (eg. for every negative utterance 500won will be claimed and later donated to the needy).
