DC Black Pride weekend is a lot of things. Loud, beautiful, full, unforgettable. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, your body, mind, and spirit deserve a moment to exhale.
Lesbifriends Travel is linking up with We BE Walkin' for Walk, Breathe, Rise for a Sunday morning nature gathering designed to slow the weekend down in the best way possible. Think fresh air, a scenic walk through the U.S. National Arboretum, a grounding yoga flow with Devyn of Surrender + Flow, light snacks, and meaningful connection with your community. This is how we close out Black Pride. Soft, intentional, and together.

What to Expect

• A guided 2.8 mile beginner-friendly walk through the Arboretum
• A grounding yoga flow with Devyn (gentle asana, breathwork, and her signature handpan)
• Healthy snacks, water, and time to connect after
• Pet friendly and welcoming to all paces and energy levels
• A reset before heading back into the week

Tickets are tiered and limited. The earlier you grab yours, the less you pay. Sliding scale is intentional. Show up however you can.

Black queer women and non-binary people who want to close out DC Black Pride feeling grounded instead of depleted, who love being outside and moving their body, or who simply want to spend a Sunday morning the right way.

Trip Overview:
Lesbifriends Travel is organizing a group trip for our community to link up and experience Womxn of Color Weekend (WoCW) 2026 together in Provincetown, MA. This long-running celebration brings together queer womxn of color from around the world for a powerful weekend of community, joy, parties, beach time, and cultural connection.

While this trip gives Lesbifriends the opportunity to stay together and enjoy the weekend as a group, WoCW is not a Lesbifriends Travel event. Guests will book their room through us, and then purchase their WoCW weekend passes separately through the official event organizers. This setup allows you to enjoy the full festival experience while also having a home base with other Lesbifriends throughout the weekend.

Trip Overview:
Lesbifriends Travel is opening up two last-minute spots on a community trip to Crete, Greece, centered around the Lick Weekender 2026. This 3-day women-only event draws an international WLW crowd for poolside day parties, late-night dance floors, and the kind of energy that's hard to find anywhere else.

This is not an official Lesbifriends Travel produced trip. Two spots opened up at a private villa, and rather than let them go to waste, we're inviting community members to come along. You'll book your spot through us, and your Lick Weekender event pass is already included in the price.

Think sun-soaked days at the pool, nights dancing with queer women from around the world, and the ease of having a home base and built-in community waiting for you at the villa.

Lesbifriends Travel invites you to join us for an afternoon at the Entertainment and Sports Arena as the Washington Mystics host the Seattle Storm for what is sure to be an electric matchup.

Our group will be seated together in Section 204, so from tip-off to the final buzzer, we're in it together.
