How did you find out about this group?

A friend, who is now in Korea teaching ESL.

What level is your Korean language currently?

My current level of proficiency in Korean Language is equivalent to grade school.

Have you been able to find a lot of local Korean resources? If not, what are you looking for?

Just moved to Cary less than 3 months, and hoping to improve my overall vocabulary, reading and writing skills. Conversation, and proper grammar etiquette are my primary focus. Improving my reading and writing level to a H.S. level would be great.

What are you hoping to learn or get from being in this group?

It would be nice to have a conversation without having to search for words to use.

Share a favourite Korean related website, food, or other.

Hulu, and food wise, I love it all. I would have to say the only thing that I am not keen on is Japchae.

Ahn Yong, I would like to improve my native Korean language, before my plans to go live abroad in Korea. I was born in Seoul, and move to the states at an early age. Predictably, my grammar and vocabulary needs improvement.
