Title: Go With the Flow: Real-Time Pipelines without the drama
Abstract:
Data is no longer something we collect and analyze later; it’s something that flows continuously. With Apache Kafka and Apache Flink, we can process and understand this flow in real time, turning raw streams into instant insights and harnessing complex event processing. We will cover the basics and how these technologies work together to achieve this.
Bio:
Filipe is well-versed in both batch and streaming technologies and has spent the last nine years working with customers across various industries in the EMEA and APAC regions, delivering numerous data enablement programs in roles covering infrastructure, solutions architecture, and data engineering and working with the Confluent Professional Services team since 2024.
