We will be using Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and discussion to create transformational shifts in varies aspects of life. These workshops would positively enhance your well-being and self-empowerment; promote deep relaxation, inner piece, release blocked emotions; balance hormones, brain and strengthen nervous system. Every week we would explore a different topic, for example: Rebirth, Release Inner anger, Chakra Balancing, Abundance, Power of Positive Thinking, Stress Release, Plant the seed of intention, Relaxation and releasing fear, Depression vs conscious clarity and more. Sessions on Wednesdays 10:00 - 11:30 & Sundays 16:00 - 17:30

I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga with Sound Bath and hosting these workshops for over 5 years which had lots of positive feedback from students. They report feeling very relaxed, peaceful, balanced and empowered after each workshop (you will feel the effect straight after the first session!). There are also a longer term accumulative affect that comes more the longer you practice in terms of life contentment, realizing your higher self, seeing a bigger picture of your life, cleansing your Aura (electromagnetic field) and becoming more magnetic to others, attracting the right people and amazing opportunities into your life.
