Yin Yoga/ Facia Release

Slow down and sooth your soul
This 75 minute class is for you to take a moment, let go of long held mental, emotional, physical patterns and connect to the deeper parts of you.
This class will consist of some slow movement practices paired with only a few poses which we rest in for a period of time and let our bodies slowly open, restoring the bodies natural flow of blood, oxygen, and nutrients as we melt the stress away. Think of it as a deeply de-stressing Sunday!
Cost Sliding Scale: $11-33 Cash, Zelle, Paypal
All levels welcome, no experience required. We have a few mats for you but if you have your own, please bring it. Additionally bring a warm blanket, a couple of bath towels to be used as bolsters, wear loose fitting clothes and in layers to make sure you stay warm and a journal if you would like to journal after.

About your teacher:
Tara has been in love with many variations of exploring the body, self connection over the last twenty years. She attended Yoga Shala in Portland's 1000 hour RYT Therapeutics that was full of additional education with Body Mind Centering, Yoga Sutras/ Upanishads, Hands on Education with Leslie Kilmanoff and more. Additionally she did a refresher 200 hour Yoga Alliance training, Yin Yoga Certification, Yoga Nidra Certified, and attended The University of New Mexico’s Alternative Medicine program with foundations in Ayurveda. She is a Stylist, a Kambo facilitator and Medical Aesthetician, centering all of her work around getting in touch with your most authentically expressed self.
