Welcome and thanks for joining one of the largest Photography meet-ups in Los Angeles! The group's goals are to:
• Hold free meet-ups for both beginners and experienced photographers to learn from one another!
• Teach photographers both beginner and experienced how to create masterful portraits!
• Create wonderful photos while learning from one another (beginner or intermediate) to use for their class, build their portfolio to use for booking clients or Instagram!
Classes are taught by members, in and out of a studio. Additional meet-ups where everyone will learn from one another are also held, aspiring models are welcome to join!
We will look into teaching you, and learning from one another, not only how to take a great photo, but how to conceptualize the photo before you even take the shot. We will all share how to understand lighting and framing, how to get the most out of your camera.
Classes and Meet-ups are kept small to ensure everyone can go at their own pace, and everyone gets a chance to shoot with models AND/OR everyone gets a chance to teach/share their own techniques. Locations may vary but are kept close to the Los Angeles area, Santa Monica and San Fernando Valley area.
