Read this description thoroughly and do not hesitate with your RSVP. There are two parts to this event; you decide how much you want to do.

First is Breakfast served at the Gresham House dining room table. This new homes tour offering includes a complimentary post-breakfast audio tour of the 1892 Bishop's Palace and a ticket for the 45th Annual Galveston Historic Homes Tour. There are only 12 places for this breakfast. IT WILL SELL OUT AND NO MORE ARE AVAILABLE. The ticket for the breakfast is $85 but includes a tour of the Bishop's Palace and your ticket to all 8 of the homes on the Historic Tour.

Seats are limited to 12 total per day, advance registration is required.

The breakfast will be helmed by local chef Bailey Glover. Bailey is a cooking instructor at Kitchen Chick and has been working in professional kitchens such as Central Market, Word of Mouth Catering, and Outward Bound since she graduated from the University of Texas Austin in 2011. She loves being a part of the Galveston cooking community!

After the breakfast; at 10:30am; I will start the tour of the other 8 homes. First house is August Roemer Tenant House, built 1873 - 1416 Sealy

Galveston Historical Foundation opens the doors to Galveston’s architectural history through public tours of privately owned homes during its annual Galveston Historic Homes Tour.

Tours can start at any of the homes and you are able to view them in the order you prefer.

The Galveston Historic Homes Tour is held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on May 4, 5, 11 & 12, 2019.

Tickets are $30 prior to May 3, 2019. $35 after.
Tickets can be used all four days of the tour, however, you are not able to view a house again after touring it.
You can start at any of the homes on tour. There is not a set path of houses to see in any particular order.

Tickets are also available the day of each tour at any homes on the tour.

Parking is available near each tour home on a first come, first serve basis. No shuttle service is offered.

Please wear soft soled shoes to minimize harm to floors. Hats, umbrellas, and sunscreen are highly suggested.

Smoking, photos, food, drinks, and pets are not permitted.
