What we're about
This is a group for people looking to increase their health and fitness levels. I am a personal trainer at BodyZing and am looking to help you get stronger and more athletic. We will meet at the gym, 3385 Mt Diablo on Saturday Mornings and work on strength, muscle building and athleticism using a variety of dumb bells, bodyweight and other fun implements. The ideal group member would be 35-55 year old looking to shed a few pounds, feel stronger and more balanced. All levels welcome.
