Join other Moms & children for a fun and FREE workout led by Jessica Kennedy!
Every Monday we will meet at Jessica's house at[masked]A Avenue, then walk from there to nearby Holmstead park, which is less than 1km away. Children can be in strollers or on their bikes. The walk will count as the warm-up. We will then stretch and do a circuit training workout at the park.
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, water and a snack for you and your kids.
Please note that Jessica is not a professional trainer. She is someone who loves working out and has generously offered to extend the invite to other Langley Active Moms! This is a fun way to meet new mom friends and also enjoy a great workout.
You must supervise your own children.
* If you prefer to meet the group at Holmstead Park, you can enter from a trail off of 213 Street between 92B Ave & 93B Ave. It's on the east side of the street beside a house with a gorgeous garden.
