Raw Food Meetup

Hello Raw Food Friends,

There are over 150 people in this group so I know it may be discouraging to see that only 5 people are coming to an event but do not despair.   The meet up group has only been up for about 3 years and the potluck has been going for 14 years so many people that come to the potluck are not on Meet-up.

In addition many people don't remember they should RSVP, (no guilt, just a fact)  so all that to say:

COME ON DOWN!!

There are normally at least 50 people sometimes as many as 80 so there are plenty of dishes to taste, plenty of people to chat with and plenty of different speakers to learn from

In November I will be speaking on how to grow sprouts.  A great indoor growing habit to get fresh and living food all through the long winter months.

I look forward to meeting you again or for the first time.
