What we’re about
The Las Vegas Green Community meetup is comprised of Green Leaders in Southern Nevada who champion a vision for sustainability that everyone can be a part of and that benefits everyone in our region.
Our vision for the future incorporates all sectors of green tech and sustainability. We promote solar and wind power, electric vehicles, the integration of urban agriculture, green education, urban gardens, improving health with plant-based nutrition, localization, CSAs, community organizing, fundraising, civic infrastructure, veganism, and aligned progressive causes. We support a community and world without racism, sexism, heterosexism, xenophobia or speciesism.
We welcome our members to contact us if you have an event you would like to post. We would like to cooperate with the other green leaders in the Las Vegas area to raise awareness and further grow the community together.
