Embodied Confidence is a guided movement experience focused on building self trust through the body rather than the mind.
This class offers a supportive space to explore confidence as a felt experience using gentle, intentional movement, breath, and expression. Instead of performing or trying to “get it right,” participants are invited to listen inward, move honestly, and reconnect with their body at their own pace.
The practice is rooted in nervous system awareness and somatic principles, helping the body feel safe, regulated, and free to express. As the body softens and trust builds, confidence naturally begins to emerge, not as an idea, but as something lived and embodied.
We will meditate, journal, and move in flow to explore deeper parts of ourselves.
