2-Day Trip- Spanish Fork Peak and Strawberry Peak (Utah)

Details
This is a trip to summit Spanish Fork Peak and Strawberry Peak, two peaks with over 2,000' of prominence, in north-central Utah. Spanish Fork Peak has just under 3,000 feet of prominence, and Strawberry Peak is the most prominent Peak in Wasatch county.
The plan is to leave Las Vegas Friday afternoon, drive about 4 hours north, and camp. We'll get an early start on Saturday to finish the drive and start the hike early. We'll then head towards Strawberry Peak to find a new place to camp for that night.
On Sunday we will decide how much of a hike we want on Strawberry Peak (one can drive to the summit) and park and hike accordingly.
Friday night's camping should be rushed, but Saturday night's should be relaxed. I'm open to either grabbing dinner in town, or eating what we bring on Saturday night.
I have not hiked in either area (or camped in the planned camping areas), so this trip is exploratory.
