In our laughter yoga club, we'll spend time together engaging in playful laughter exercises combined with deep yoga breathing. Laughter has many health benefits, including reducing stress, improving mood, lowering blood pressure, strengthening our immune system, and increasing cardiovascular health. And besides all that, laughing is just plain FUN! Come play and laugh with us. By the end of our time together (about 45 minutes), you'll feel uplifted and energized and more relaxed.
