1-3pm Beginner's Workshop
We'll focus on aligning the basic yoga poses and sequences you do in class. Learn how to perform each posture safely and in a way that you receive maximum benefit from each pose. Leave feeling confident walking into a Vinyasa class knowing your foundation and basics.
3-3:30pm Laughter Yoga
Research shows laughter is a powerful way to boost your mood and energy. This class consists of laughter exercises, breathing techniques, group yoga, and the permission for adults to have fun like kids again. We often fake laughter till we make it, but we always make it!
3:30-5pm Your Mind & Manifestation
Learn to harness the power of the mind. Learn the science of how the mind is prone to self-fulfilling prophecies. Discover the steps for using your mind to attract people, experiences and resources into your life.
5-6pm Transformational Workout- intenSati
IntenSati is the most unique form of exercise. It combines aerobics, dance and yoga with positive affirmations. Use your body to reinforce the change you want to see in your life. Join us for this high energy workout. Come sweat, chant and leave inspired.
