Let's get back into the LeanCoffeeTO mode. In our last session we had requests for Pricing Strategies, and I don't believe we've explicitly covered this topic before, so lets get this going!
This morning I had a chat with an advisor and he mentioned the "Pricing Trap". As a startup, you must either charge a low and generally affordable price, or an over-the-top ridiculous price. Anything in the middle will kill your business.
This article also sheds some light on this topic as I'm having trouble of my own on pricing our new platform.
