Meet at Priory Park Car Park (which is free) there is plenty of overflow parking if the main car park is full, ready to start walking promptly at 10.30am.
We will walk around Priory Park and from there along the banks of the River Ouse past numerous boat houses into the centre of Bedford taking in some historical sights. We will eat lunch along the Embankment with the option for a drink at The Embankment Pub before we head back to Priory Park via Russell Park. There is a nice café at the end of the walk for anyone fancying tea and cake!
