Expect crowd favourites like the ***crispy, tangy Palak Patta Chaat***, the ***indulgent Desi Burger*** with home-baked buns and a golden sabudana patty, and the ultimate comfort classic — ***heartwarming Rajma Chawal***. And of course, many more dishes that have defined our table in 2025.

* **Kokum Curry Cocktail/Mocktail** *Kokum fruit extract, mixed with curry leaves, lime, and tonic; optional gin*
* **Palak Patta Chaat** *Crispy spinach leaves served with special satay sauce*
* **Sadeko** *Salad with vegan yogurt and sesame dressing, with a kick of mustard*
* **Desi Burger** *Spiced garlicky aloo patty with vegan cheese*
* **Omakase** *Who doesn't like chef's special surprise*
* **Rajma Chawal** *Rose coco beans slow cooked in Indian spices, served with fragrant Basmati rice cooked with cumin seeds and olive oil*
* **Pistachio Pudding** *Creamy, crunchy pudding enjoyed with 'Chai' (tea) flavours*
