This circle was founded as a safe, non-judgmental space for people who are struggling with stress, mental health issues, or simply just looking for ways to establish deep connection with themselves.

We will get together for mindfulness-based practices, emotional healing activities, and most importantly community building. Support is especially dedicated to those who are struggling with mental health: depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar, PTSD, CPTSD,…
