- Let's talk about ... Purpose and meaningLink visible for attendees£10.00
This new session is all about getting stuck into a conversation (though we will kick off with a journaling exercise) around a juicy topic to help you get a fresh look at a topic that vexes you and possibly gets in the way of living your life. There are many such topics but I thought we'd start with the juiciest of all, purpose and meaning.
How are purpose and meaning different? What do they mean to you? Are they important? How do you get them? We'll start here and see where the conversation heads. I will introduce some ideas and thinking from various sources but this is about you getting to decide, based on your experience and knowledge, what these things mean to you. You're inherently wise and creative and THE number one best resource for yourself. You may not feel this way but by exploring what you know and believe you'll get more connected to yourself and trust yourself a little bit more.
*Ideal for anyone interested in exploring self-development/life topics, especially if you're wanting to make a change in your life.
"Claire has a wonderful way of structuring her sessions to support you to get comfortable with writing. I found myself writing much more creatively than I have in years, and I definitely achieved what I had hoped to in the sessions – I initially signed up as I wanted to explore writing for fun again and shake off the restrictions of ‘writing for work’ for many years. Claire really helped me to achieve this with her encouragement and guidance, I wholeheartedly recommend her workshops!" Lisa

“I absolutely love Claire's writing meetings. There's something special about the people who appear. The way she facilitates discussion and sharing lets us be our authentic selves and I can see the real me in the eyes of others and, in turn, see who they truly are. She has this warm curiosity and her prompts always lead me to amazing self-discoveries that I don't think would be possible otherwise. Some things are just hard to put into words, if you want to understand what I mean by "Claire Magic" you should check yourself. I can't recommend enough!" Ania

You'll write in response to prompts and exercises giving your imagination room to play and get your creative juices flowing. You don't have to consider yourself a 'creative writer' or even a 'writer' as you won't be creating a 'piece of writing.'
