The Little Prince

Described as "... one of the best-selling and most translated books of all time", The Little Prince is thought of by many as a "children's book", and yet reading it as an adult it feels like it speaks over the heads of children.

Love it or hate it (as many of you may indeed feel), it's an international cultural phenomenon; or, you may have the same response that I did - disliked it as saccharine when younger, but now find it moving.

Please come having read (or re-read) this - no audio books!

Also, while you can feel free to watch or read any of the many adaptations, sequels, etc., we will be discussing the actual book (it's short! just read it!). Bonus pts if you've read it en francais.
