Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative style of yoga that focuses on gentle, passive stretching and long, supported holds. Instead of engaging the muscles like in more active (yang) practices, Yin works with your deep connective tissues—the ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia—to release tension, increase mobility, and open energetic pathways.

In this practice, poses are held for 3–5 minutes or even longer, giving you the rare opportunity to truly tune into your body and mind. As you settle into each shape, the outer world softens and you begin to cultivate a state of mindful stillness—the kind of inner quiet that lets your energy reset and your nervous system exhale. This is where the magic happens.
