Riseholme, 7 mile circular walk. What 3 words. chats.scenes.assume

Leaving St Mary's Church, we head north across fields towards Grange De Lincs. Here we cross the A15 and walk along side the Show Ground, heading west. Crossing the B1398 and dropping down into South Carlton. We then head to Burton. As we leave the last field and enter Burton Village we'll stop for a sandwich break before climbing back up the hill.

NOTE. We cross the A15 and B1398 twice.
Another NOTE. For large dogs, there are a couple of stiles you will need to be lifted over, and a couple of fields you WILL need to be on a lead.

Sorry there are no toilets or cafes available. Please bring snacks, picnic drinks etc and we'll have a rest on the way round.
