We'll be opening up RSVP about two weeks before the meeting, here:
We do expect this to get booked fairly quickly. In order to be
notified when RSVP opens, please join the NYLUG group. (NYLUG and the
NY GNU/Linux Meetup Group merged earlier this year, and we will be
posting all future meetings to the NYLUG meetup page.)
The ext4 filesystem
Ted will talk about his experiences developing and maintaining the
ext4 filesystem, which is currently the default filesystem on most
Linux distros, and is now the default filesystem shipped with the
majority of Android devices on the market today. In addition Ted will
be presenting a highly technical overview of ext4, covering all of its
major features, strengths and areas for future improvement.
