I generally enjoyed the presentation on FreeNAS. I have setup, maintained, and used NAS in the past and other iSCSI storage setups with fat IP. If there had been a way to do hands on experience I might have gotten more out of it. I will have to go back through the notes and see if can reproduce some of this.

Good. It was hard to hear some people, even though I had a good spot.

It's good to see these types of groups popping up. The level seemed aimed more at the beginner level Unix/Linux user, it could have definitely been more technically oriented. All in all the meeting reminded me of the old users groups in Silicon Valley some 15 years ago.
