They seem to be everywhere on eBay (and for cheap).  The one I have was given to me.  Works great with Ubuntu.

Good bloody luck finding one of those beasts.  Also note it will only 
support 40-bit WEP on[masked]b, and won't support WPA, WPA-2, any 
other[masked] technology, and enabling hardware layer encryption will 
seriously slow down the card.
