Lisbon Holistic Health Meetup Group

Join a group of like minded people to start a journey of holistic health with IIN certified Health Coach Irene Pomatto. We will meet outdoors in Alameda park for an hour of coaching, we will focus on tackling common issues that prevent us from attaining a better version of ourselves and depending on the group and individual specific needs we will deepen the conversation in those directions. The group dynamic is very beneficial in this process to buddy up if you feel affinity with someone in the group that shares your goal or vision, in fact oftentimes the biggest obstacle between us and change is our environment that might lack motivation and support to go through with lifestyle changes.
