The Holistic Wellness group sessions will help you advance in your quest for well being and healthy living. Besides providing you with tools to manage stress, nutrition and bio individual hacks to get closer to the best version of yourself, and besides that you will find a support network in the group of participants that is vital to support you in your desire to change. Whether you want to hit the gym more often, quit habits that no longer serve you, eat better and healthier, our goal is to build a plan that will help every participant to embrace a sustainable long term change in their lifestyle. The bi-weekly sessions will be held by a certified health coach and a certified holistic therapist to cover all aspects of holistic well being. Please note that sometimes the sessions might be held online depending on the availability of the coaches. Participation is through mindful donation per session.
