We set up workouts to build strength, endurance and community! If you love to workout and appreciate the accountability, competitiveness, and support that goes with collaborative suffering (a.k.a. group workouts), join us for a workout.
Join for the challenge and stay for the people! We're building a fitness community in the area and would love for you to be a part of this.
Workouts are 45 minutes long and involve barbells, sandbags, kettlebells, resistance bands, and other equipment for your enjoyment (or torture however you look at it). Workouts are set up for all levels. Variations are provided to increase or decrease challenge based on your level.
Workouts will be located at Gym's House in West Littleton off of Coal Mine and Kipling.
