I am a down to earth foodie passionate about passing on my knowledge and skills to anyone who is looking to learn more about healthy living and lifestyle. I run workshops demos and retreats.
I am a Ballymalloe trained chef who is excited about Food but healthy tasty options local and organic where possible.
I am a Living Food instructor I trained with the Irish school of Herbal medicine in 2014.
Last November I spent 5 days intense Training with Deborah Durrant from “Deliciously Raw Culinary School “Deborah who is known as the NIGELLA of Raw food. Currently I am studying At the Plant Based Academy which is raw and vegan culinary school. I love teaching coaching and catering.
