- My Journey of Discovery - Lezzet Abbot
LLCC EXCLUSIVE - My Journey of Discovery - Lezzet Abbot Born with the incredible ability to capture the soul of nature with her images, Lezzet first picked up a camera 6 years ago. Her natural talent has developed largely without a technical knowledge of photography and ‘the rules’. Nicknamed ‘The Dandelion Queen’, Lezzet’s imagery captures the beauty of nature in macro. Her love of spiders and bees, and all living things, is clearly visible in her beautiful labours of love. Lezzet’s images have been shown on television, have won awards & hang on walls around the world. Join us for a session when Lezzet will lead us through her through her journey of discovery and will hopefully share some of her secrets and will inspire us. This is a free online event and is open to visitors. Please RSVP on thie event. The presentation uses Cisco Webex which is a proven and safe platform. Here is the link for the event: https://meetingsemea13.webex.com/meet/committee The online meeting room will open at 18h45. Please note that this is Wednesday evening (moved to accommodate our Clap for Carers on Thursday).
- An evening with Clint Ralph - Online Event
LLCC EXCLUSIVE - AN EVENING WITH CLINT RALPH We are incredibly fortunate to present a Loch Lomond Camera Club exclusive event, an evening with Clint Ralph. Having only become serious about his photography about 6 years ago, Clint has fast become a world renowned and respected bird and wildlife photographer. Clint's recent achievements include 3 images in the top 100 Natural History Museums Wildlife Photography of the year 2020 and 2 images in 2019 & multiple smaller competitions and also published in Natures Best Photography, and other magazines. The source of the image shown here was stolen online from Clint and presented by another photographer as her work. When Clint called her on it the image went viral with literally thousands of people modifying it (this is an example). Join us for a few hours with this dynamic and creative photographer. All images are copyright Clint Ralph. All money collected from the meeting will be donated to a charity of the presenters choice. Guests are welcome on invite from a club member with the club member being responsible for their attendance fee.
