Location: The corner of Edgewood Road and Canada Road, Woodside. NOTE: This is NOT the usual parking entrance to Edgewood Park and NOT the Park & Ride.
Directions: The corner of Edgewood Road and Canada Road, Woodside. This is NOT the usual parking entrance to Edgewood Park and NOT the Park & Ride. There will be many bicyclists parking in the area. Find a spot and find us near the small Edgewood Preserve sign on Edgewood Road just east of Canada Road. If you have any questions please contact the leader prior to the day of the hike.
Cancellation: Any rain cancels
If you've joined us for the Welcome Walk at Shoreline, or even if you haven't and want to get out and join us on the trail, this is a wonderful, easy hike in the gentle rolling hills between Redwood City and Woodside. The hike is 4.1 miles with 300 feet of elevation gain. There are usually deer, many different birds, and possibly a bunny or two. While this not a difficult hike, you must be able to walk 90 minutes continuously--but we DO stop and break at all trail junctions. Please bring sturdy shoes, water, a snack if you need it, and layers of clothing. There will be many bicyclists parking in the area. Find a spot and find us near the small Edgewood Preserve sign on Edgewood Road just east of Canada Road. If you have any questions please contact the leader prior to the day of the hike.

Also, let's limit it to 12. Sierra Club members do not need to RSVP and make sure you cancel to let others join.
