Join us as we hike through 5 open space preserves (Coal Creek; Russian Ridge; Skyline Ridge; Long Ridge; and return via Monte Bello with a smidgen of Stevens Creek County Park).
Bring lunch and liquids for the entire day.

Start on the Meadow Trail -- Clouds Rest Trail -- cross Hwy 35 -- get to Alder Spring Trail -- Ancient Oaks Trail -- curve around Alpine Rd on .3 trail -- Bay Area Ridge Trail -- to Alpine Pond -- continue on Bay Area Ridge Trail to Horsehoe Lake -- go by Christmas Tree farm over Tree Farm Hill trail -- Chestnut Trail -- cross Hwy 35 and get on Grizzly Flat Trail -- follow Canyon Trail and back to the parking lot.
HOW TO GET TO TRAILHEAD
The preserve's main entrance is on Page Mill Road, 7 miles west of Highway 280 and 1.5 miles east of Skyline Boulevard. Parking is available for 45 cars. Additional parking is available at the Los Trancos Open Space Preserve parking area, located directly across Page Mill Road.
